This oil painting portrays my beloved place - the serene and captivating ocean shore, brimming with cherished childhood memories. I hoped to capture the diverse marine life that calls this place home, but it's the comical little birds that steal the show. With their thin, spindly legs, they adroitly scurry back and forth, always staying one step ahead of the waves, on the hunt for small sea creatures, such as hermit crabs.
