Refund policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will do our best to make it right!
To qualify for a full reimbursement, the return postage must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order. Please return all item(s) in their original condition as when shipped. You will receive a full refund of the item purchase price (international shipping and return postage will not be refunded).
We provide a return shipping label for your convenience (return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund).

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If your package is received damaged, immediately photograph the package as received as well as the item itself. E-mail the photos to jeanne@jeannewarrenart.com.
Your material will be reviewed and if it is determined that there was indeed a problem during shipping, your item will be replaced with no questions asked.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it and make a separate purchase for the desired item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
