Artists' Description

Franky came to us as a 13-year-old bay American Quarter Horse fully trained in Western Pleasure. It was the owners who needed lessons!! Most special was the instruction from Gregg Shrake, Karen Parkman, Charley Johnson, and Debby Williams in Parelli Natural Horsemanship, Stacey Riggs, and Charles Sherman in long-lining. Franky's formal name was "Zip In Favor", and he was a great-grandson of "Zippo Pine Bar" who was inducted into the American Quarter Horse and NSBA Halls of Fame. Franky had the best nicker in the barn and he brought joy and learning into our lives starting at our age of 60! See you in Heaven, Franky!
